This project is a call to action as a result of sea level rise that affects both costal infrastructure and the Ballona wetlands in Marin Del Rey. As a result, multiple primary structures will take over the ocean once the ocean takes engulfs the land.  (Sea enter the land | Land enters the sea). The new structures found in the ocean will then contain earth's natural resources creating a new typology for humans to co-exists with future natural "devastations" such as sea level rise.
